Goods are packaged and sent from our Christchurch store or warehouse. As stock is always moving, we cannot guarantee that your desired purchases are always in stock when you order.
Our standard policy relating to shipment
if we can fulfill 100% of your order now, we will send it immediately.
if we can fulfill 80% of your order now, we will send it immediately with the remainder following as soon as it arrives in. We will add an additional freight charge to your invoice to take care of the second delivery.
If we are expecting stock within 10 days of the date that your order comes in that will complete your order, we will hold it until it arrives and despatch the entire order once it arrives.
Goods are usually shipped on a Monday and Tuesday.
We send to mainland New Zealand, Steward Island, Chatham Islands, Australia, Fiji and other pacific rim islands. Please select the "quote me/Island" option for freight if you are buying from outside New Zealand.
Please contact us by email should you require products to be sent elsewhere – we have sent unusual products to unusual places!

When we have cleared your payment we will process your order.
Oversize items may have specific delivery charges, dependent upon where delivery is. We will inform you when processing your order if the freight you have selected is incorrect or insufficient for your purchase(s). Christchurch is a little different as we will deliver most bulky objects personally so there is a specific freight choice for that.
Please send to an address where there will be someone during business hours to receive the delivery, but where fish are concerned we send “NO signature required “ so be sure to include CLEAR delivery instructions to us ;i.e. leave inside back porch next to doormat – so the polybox gets left and fish end up in your tank!
We strongly encourage you to send the goods to an address where you know someone will be there to sign during work hours - usually a work address !
We guarantee your goods to arrive in undamaged condition! You must check your goods on delivery and if damaged the carrying courier must be advised immediately - do NOT sign acceptance of the goods.
In the unlikely event that goods are damaged we will either replace or refund the goods.
